About Sparks Culture Offers – 15th – 28th February 2024

  1. This promotion is being operated by Marks and Spencer plc, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW (“M&S”) and Bicycle Partnerships Ltd with its registered address at W8a Knoll Business Centre, 325-327 Old Shoreham Road, Hove, England, BN3 7GS (“Bicycle Partnerships”).
  2. The Promotion gives Sparks customers the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets at two different productions in February 2024.

    The Phantom of the Opera. The offer is 20% off selected tickets for The Phantom of the Opera, His Majesty’s Theatre, London. Available on tickets for Monday to Thursday evening performances, as well as Wednesday matinees, from Monday 4th March – Thursday 3rd May 2024, excluding performances between Friday 29 March – Saturday 13 April 2024. Booking fees apply. Subject to availability. Not redeemable against tickets already purchased.

    Cirque du Soleil: OVO. The offer is up to 25% off price level 4 and 5 tickets to the UK tour of Cirque du Soleil: OVO, as well as 10% off price level 2 tickets at performances in Leeds. Available on select tickets and performances as stated on the offer card. Subject to booking fees. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Discounts are valid for new ticket sales only and excludes tickets already purchased.

  1. This Promotion is open only to permanent UK residents who are aged 18 or over. Employees (or their relatives) of the Marks and Spencer Group of Companies (or any other company and/or agency connected with this promotion) are permitted to participate.
  2. The Promotion will be available online only from 00.00 on Thursday 15th February 2024 until 23.59 on Wednesday 28th February 2024 subject to availability.
  3. Ticket Limitations per transaction and per venue apply.
  4. Selected price bands per venue only. See individual theatre booking website for details.
  5. Booking fees apply.
  6. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
  7. Discounts are valid for new ticket sales only and excludes tickets already purchased.

How to Claim

  1. Sparks customers click on the Sparks newsletter banner or on the + symbol within the M&S app which takes you to the booking page for each show and venue.
  2. Choose the show and location of your choice.
  3. Ensure you note any discount code where this is needed to apply the discount at the checkout.
  4. Click, ‘Book Now’ and pick the date, time and promotional seats you wish to purchase under this offer.
  5. Depending on the website, if needed, enter the discount code to ensure the offer is applied.
  6. Each regional theatre will be able support with any ticketing enquires.
  7. M&S customer services are not able to answer questions regarding this offer, including ticketing, availability and the performances.

General

  1. By clicking on the link contained within your Sparks e-mail and M&S App you acknowledge that this will re-direct you to a third-party website. M&S has no control over the availability or content of Bicycle Partnerships website and accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of Bicycle Partnerships website.
  2. You acknowledge that Bicycle Partnerships and their affiliates may have separate privacy and cookies policies. M&S does not accept any responsibility or liability for such privacy and/or cookies policies and it is your responsibility to check such privacy and/or cookies policies before submitting any personal data on Bicycle Partnerships website.
  3. Bicycle Partnerships website may contain links to other sites and resources provided by other third parties. M&S has no control over the availability or content of such other third-party sites and resources and accepts no responsibility or liability for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of other third-party sites or third-party resources.
  4. You acknowledge that any ticket/s purchase made in connection with the Promotion will be made on a third-party website supplying theatre tickets and that the end-to-end sale and purchase will be between you and the theatre ticket merchant. You acknowledge that the theatre ticket merchant/s will process all card transactions in accordance with its own terms and conditions, which are contained on their M&S has no involvement in the sale and purchase made in connection with the Promotion or in the processing of any card transactions with the theatre ticket merchants and M&S does not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may arise from any purchase made through Bicycle Partnerships website or affiliate websites in connection with the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, M&S does not take ownership or responsibility for any products or ticketing to be supplied by Bicycle Partnerships to you.
  5. You acknowledge that the theatre ticket merchants will manage all customer service enquiries, including any ticketing enquiries, returns and refunds. Full details of their terms and conditions can be found on the theatre’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, M&S has no involvement in any customer services enquiries, including any ticketing enquiries and/or any returns and refunds and M&S does not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may arise from any customer enquiries, including any product/ticketing enquires and/or returns and refunds.
  6. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. M&S makes no guarantee or representation as to the availability of the products and ticketing available as part of the Promotion. There is no cash alternative.
  7. M&S’ obligations are limited to making the Promotion available to participating Sparks customers. M&S shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of the Promotion for any reason.
  8. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected emails or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.
  9. M&S reserves the right to check the validity of any purchase and the identity of any Sparks customer and to refuse participation in the Promotion if M&S reasonably considers the customer to be in breach of the terms and conditions.
  10. M&S reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention) or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of M&S that could corrupt or affect the administration, security or normal course of the Promotion.
  11. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way M&S’ liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. Subject to that, M&S shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the customer that is caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person’s participation in the Promotion; (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of the Promotion; (c) any act or omission of any third party; or (d) any other events beyond M&S’s control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted in any way.
  12. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the other provisions shall continue to apply.
  13. We will do our best to resolve any problems relating to the Promotion, except in relation to availability, performance or discounts offered, which are the responsibility of Bicycle Partnerships.
  14. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The site provides links to discounted theatre ticket offers and runs prize draws.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abode by them at all times.

These terms govern all contents and use of our (including, where relevant, any correspondence by e-mail between us and you via the website) (the “Site”). Please read these terms carefully before using the Site as, by visiting or using this Site and/or any content or materials available, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

8.1 Any failure or delay by us to enforce any of our rights under these Terms of Use is not to be taken as or deemed to be a waiver of that or any other right unless we acknowledge and agree to such a waiver in writing.

8.2 These Terms of Use are not intended to be for the benefit of, and shall not be exercisable by, any person who is not a party to these Terms of Use under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

8.3 If any clause or part of a clause of these Terms of Use is, or becomes, invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then that clause or part of a clause shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms of Use. Any such deemed deletion shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remainder of these Terms of Use.
